Looking to provide your young athlete with a strong foundation for success?
Our 8-Week Summer Strength & Conditioning Camp at Let’s Get Fit Personal Training in Allen Park, MI, is specifically designed for athletes ages 12 and up who are ready to elevate their performance.
Prior to the start of camp, we will host a mandatory Parent and Athlete Orientation the weekend before kickoff. During this session, we will review program expectations, nutritional guidelines, and important information to help each participant maximize their experience and results.
Led by a team of highly experienced fitness, rehabilitation, and nutrition professionals, our program focuses on developing strength, speed, agility, endurance, and overall athletic performance in a safe, supportive, and motivating environment.
Each session is crafted to:
Enhance explosive speed and quickness
Improve coordination, balance, and reaction time
Boost endurance and cardiovascular fitness
Build total-body strength and injury resilience

🕒 Times: 12:00-1:15 PM
📋 Ages: 11+ (younger will be considered based on ability and committment)

Our experienced team of coaches brings a diverse background in sports performance and youth training.

Eric Negus – Master Trainer & Youth Mentor
With over 15 years of experience and more than 7,000 clients trained, Eric brings unparalleled expertise to our program. As a former competitive powerlifter and NPC bodybuilder, his passion for fitness was ignited by personal loss, driving him to help others achieve optimal health. Certified by NASM, ACE, ISSA, and more, Eric specializes in guiding young athletes to develop strength, discipline, and resilience.
Tomas Ramirez III –
Athletic Performance Specialist
Founder of Positive Gains Training, Tomas has been transforming athletes since 2015. His expertise lies in speed, agility, strength, and conditioning, making him ideal for youth sports development. With a background in training diverse clients, Tomas tailors programs to enhance athletic performance and build confidence in young athletes.


Nicole Derderian – Registered Dietitian & Nutrition Coach
Nicole holds a Master's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and has over four years of coaching experience. She focuses on educating young athletes about proper nutrition, helping them fuel their bodies for performance and recovery. Her personalized guidance fosters healthy habits that extend beyond the camp.
Dr. Jawad Tajaldeen – Physical Therapist & Movement Expert
Dr. Jawad, a Doctor of Physical Therapy, combines over a decade of personal fitness experience with clinical expertise. His approach emphasizes injury prevention, functional movement, and personalized training, ensuring young athletes train safely and effectively. His philosophy centers on empowering clients with knowledge and sustainable practices.
